The PSD VIP store is an invitation only store for influencers, ambassadors, partners, and other friends to the PSD brand. Access can be granted in the form of a permanent account or a one-time access code.
The PSD VIP Store is used to allow invited individuals access to heavily discounted products, free products, and other exclusive private offers.
Military, Medical, First Responders, and Students can get 20% off every order on the main store (psdunderwear.com), once they’re verified with ID.me.

Once invited or granted access through a one-time code, you can access and login to the store by visiting: https://vip.psdunderwear.com/.
No returns from vip.psdunderwear.com will be honored. All items are final sale and not eligible for return under any circumstances. If there was a problem with your order you may contact customer service for support.
We process orders very quickly to get your gear out to you as soon as possible, which means in most cases, we can't make any changes after an order has been placed.
That being said, please reach out to customer service as soon as possible and provide your order number if you would like to cancel, modify, change the shipping address, etc.
Cancellations and order modifications are not guaranteed and can only be made during business hours. We do offer free domestic returns/exchanges if the order is too far along to stop.
Upon completion of your order, you'll receive a confirmation email with a link to your order status page that will update with tracking information when available. Our warehouse will process your order within 2-3 business days and you'll be notified via email when it ships. Once in transit, you can track your order via your order status page from your order confirmation/shipment confirmation emails. Please refer to the shipping methods FAQ for estimated transit times.

Please note, for standard shipping, it is a non-day-definitive service meaning the ETA and transit time can change or be delayed at any time.
Once you receive tracking information, please allow at least 1 business day (Mon-Fri) for the carrier to initially scan your package and for the tracking to update.
There are several reasons why your order may have been cancelled:
The item(s) sold out.
We are unable to verify your billing information and/or your billing address does not match the credit card on file for the order.
If the billing address stated on the order does not match with what the credit card issuer or bank has on file, please contact your credit card issuer or bank to verify that the billing information is correct. Once updated, you may create a new order using the correct billing address.
Note: If your order is cancelled for any of the reasons above, you will receive an email confirming your order’s cancellation. The full amount of the order will be refunded back to the original form of payment used. Refunds can take up to 2-5 business days to clear and 7-10 business days for the amount to post to your account, depending on your financial institution.
As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment notification email with the tracking information for your order.
You can also quickly access tracking information for past orders in the Order History section of your account.
We do not ship items with a signature, so please make sure your address is a secure location.
For US orders, PSD offers standard shipping, expedited shipping and next day shipping.
Standard shipping orders will be delivered 7-14 days after the order ships, expedited will be delivered within two business days of the ship date, and next day will be delivered within 1 business day of the order shipping.
Please allow 2-3 business days for your order to process prior to shipping.
